Nevertheless, this week's episode is short but sweet with some great topics. First, Tony and Evan discuss the essence of force majeure clauses and their application in production contracts in light of the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes (03:33 ). Next, Tony and Evan discuss a licensing meltdown between Drake and Halle Berry over his use of Berry's likeness on the cover of his latest single "Slime You Out." According to Halle Berry, she denied permission of her likeness featured on the single's album cover but Drake went ahead and used it anyway (14:03 ). What recourse does Halle Berry have? And finally, in honor of "September," Tony and Evan share their favorite Earth, Wind, and Fire song (23:11 ).
